Agnes was involved in my various post-divorce matters for approximately 2.5 years. She handled post-judgment motions, dealing with issues of custody, parenting time and support, as well as false accusation of domestic violence, and other extraneous matters.

What I valued most about Agnes was her honesty. She would express her opinion without sugar coating, and would tell me when she considered my positions unreasonable. My case entailed uniquely complicated custody, parenting time and financial problems. At some point, my ex-wife filed a massive Motion which, with exhibits, was as thick as about two reams of paper. My Cross Motion was just as voluminous. When we appeared before the court-appointed mediator, he referred to our case a “Gordian knot”; Yet, Agnes handled it efficiently, effectively and at a reasonable hourly rate. She also handled herself very professionally before the Judge.

She is not the type to raise her voice, flail her arms or bang her fist on the counsel table. Rather, she got her point across in a very composed and calm manner, which the Judge seemed to appreciate. I would highly recommend Agnes for anybody who is contemplating a divorce, going through a divorce, or experiencing any other family- type legal problems.
